Increased H1-Bs, green cards unlikely before '09

temporary residency was granted, the fee is $140 per person
with a $420 family cap.

If your application is filed later than 31 months after
temporary residency was granted the fee is $180 per person
with a $540 family cap.
A $70 per applicant (unless under 14 or older than 79
years) fee for biometrics may be required
