Increased H1-Bs, green cards unlikely before '09
The dreams of increased quotas of non-immigrant highly-skilled worker (H1-B) visas and employment-based immigration visas, or green cards, will now, in all likelihood , have to be shelved till 2009.

This form was designed for use during the
Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) section 245A
legalization program of the
1986 Immigration Reform and Control
Act which ended in 1988. The form will nowbe used to apply
to USCIS for benefits under the terms and conditions of certain settlement agreements.
